Super versatile hair tool! I got the hang of it right away. The device itself feels very well made, same size as most irons. it clamps my hair smoothly and i’ve had a very easy time positioning it which I often struggle with when trying to get waves. It kind of simplifies doing my hair, it’s quicker when I just want to fix a few pieces or change up the way it looks without pulling out 2 or 3 separate hair tools. My hair comes out smooth and I’ve had a really easy time getting both straight and wavy styles with it. Nothing complicated about it, which is much appreciated.

Purple is my favorite color💜I’ve been really happy with Tideway's flat iron! It heats up quickly, glides smoothly through my hair, and makes straightening easy without having to go over the same section too many times. I also really like that it has dual voltage, which makes it convenient for traveling internationally. Lightweight, easy to use, and a great travel-friendly flat iron.

i’ve never seen my curl so good. I was able to curl my whole head of hair in less than five minutes and I have thick straight hair so this was definitely something I haven’t experienced yet. It’s definitely worth the price. I love the lock and unlock feature and also the different temperatures I still gotta try the straightening mode, but this is already bomb.

I have very long, thick hair, so I normally use a wider straightener because it allows me to work through more hair at once and gets the job done faster. That said, I was pleasantly surprised by how well this narrower tool works. The smaller plates are actually an advantage when getting closer to the roots, where a wider straightener can sometimes have trouble reaching. My favorite feature is definitely the rounded barrel. It makes it really easy to create a beautiful loose body wave or curl, which I actually prefer over the tighter curls I typically get from a traditional curling iron. The airflow is also a great feature because it helps the curl set faster while keeping you from having to handle extremely hot hair with your fingers while you’re styling. It heats up very quickly and is easy to maneuver, and I really like being able to straighten or curl with the same tool. Honestly, after using this to curl my hair, I’ve put my traditional curling iron away and will be reaching for this instead. I love the softer, more natural-looking waves it creates, and the combination of the rounded barrel and cool airflow makes curling much easier and more comfortable for me.
